Prepaid for the walking wine tour. Asked in advance if all the shops were open and available. We were told that everything was good. My cousin is from out of town so we had to do the whole tour that day. The center did not tell the truth. Two of the shops were close so we could not get the wine tastings we had paid for in advance. Also the center would not give a refund to my cousin. Luckily one shop made up for the poor service of the others. Thank you to that store! In conclusion, DO NOT PREPAY at the center just go to the shops on your own as the ones open were great.

The Visitors center is the only place with public bathrooms so plan ahead! Always really clean as well which is nice when you have small kids who like to touch everything.
