We enjoyed another wonderful visit to this beautiful animal sanctuary! It's been a little over a year since my wife and I visited and this time we had a multi-family vacation in the mountains and decided to bring everyone by. So much seems to have changed and definitely for the better! Several new additions and the walk layout was different. Such a beautiful place that is growing and bettering itself for the sake of the amazing animals that are residing here. We all had a great time! My wife and I shared a small snicker when we passed one of the buildings that we experienced hearing some more than "interesting" people noises coming from on our last visit while up here in the mountains for our anniversary! Luckily all was "pg" this time since we had some little ones tagging along.--Very glad to see so much progress between visits and so many new renovations and additions. We look forward to visiting again in the future and definitely will share this beautiful place with our friends!
Had such a great time here with my family. We were here on a hot day and expected to see lazy animals laying around. Instead it was like many of them were following along with us on our walk. A quarter in the feed machine sure helped. Looks like some of the new exhibits coming will be amazing. I highly recommend paying the extra money for the animal encounter. We all enjoyed it so much. Pogo really put on a show for us. We talked with the staff and she even gave us some tips to get the bears to come out so we could see them better and they sure responded. Great little place to visit. Thanks for an awesome family experience.
Great Outdoors for families to take children to walk around and see animals. The experience was wonderful. My grandson ran all over the place looking at all the animals. He threw food to the turkeys and was able to feed zebras out of his hand. I would recommend it to anybody wanting to have a great outdoors experience with their children in a safe environment.
Loved the zoo! They are really trying to provide nicer spaces for the animals. Donate if you can but even if you can't donate it is absolutely worth the money to go see the animals!
We had a wonderful experience there last Sunday. The park is beautiful and farm like, easy to get through, very clean and organized. They are currently building new enclosures for some of the larger animals and we can't wait to go back when they are finished. The staff was wonderful, especially the nice lady that welcomed us in the parking lot. I highly recommend it!
