They inflate prices because of the students even for smaller homes. Customer service is awful. Gordon wouldn't even let me see a home, he directed me to the website for pictures. Going elsewhere.
Nice folks who are responsive to your needs
We rented one of their homes for a year and we're really pleased with the service they provided. Our landlord was Tony and he was very prompt anytime we needed something. The maintenance crew that they sent were all professional. The office staff were very helpful and courteous. Highly recommend!
My Mother-In-Law was sick and was staying at Chelsey Park. We needed to find a rental close by and Billy Luesing at Chestatee Realty was very helpful. They found us a perfect cabin by a creek that we were able to rent for our out of state close family to stay in to visit my Mother-in-law. Over the time we stayed there a couple things broke down and Billy got things repaired right away. We couldn't ask for a better Real Estate and management company to take care of us and our family. We recommend Chestatee Realty 10 fold!!!
