I have spent the past 3 yrs looking for a band to go with my engagement ring. I have been in and out of Jarrods, Kay’s, and random family jewelers. This afternoon my husband and I were just killing time, mostly window shopping, and he asked if I wanted to go inside and look. I was hesitant because I had spent all this time looking, and pretty much decided I needed to buy a different engagement set. Of all the places I had been they just point you to the bands, and that’s where the customer service stopped. I didn’t catch the woman’s name that help me today, but she was amazing. She listened, and knew what I needed even though I was clueless. She, and “Bubba” ( I assume her grandson) are very sweet and polite. She isn’t quite old enough to be my grandma, otherwise I would definitely try to adopt her as mine. The turn around time is way faster then I had expected too. I would definitely recommend stopping in and taking a look around. You men, she can help you pick out the perfect item and the prices are great.
