I was very unhappy with the flowers and the rudeness of the owner. I have shown a picture of what I ordered and what was received. I called and let them know I was unhappy and they claim they fulfilled the order as specified. The best they could do was go back and pick it up and review the amount of stems contained in the bouquet. I want what I ordered from the website and they said that their pictures are photo shopped from a third party. Had they put the picture of the flowers that was sent I would never have ordered them.
Diane did a wonderful job with my wedding flowers. She worked with my budget and even met with me twice to make sure I was happy. The flower arrangements, bouquet and boutinerre turned out great. I received many compliments.
So not happy with Flower Mart right now, the new management is rude and uncaring. Family attempted to send flowers to my children via FTD. Flower Mart rejected the order because it was under there $50 minimum order amount. Rather than contacting the sender or the recipient to see if we would like to make a modification to the order or pick it up. When I called to ask if they had received the order, the lady's response was to say well next time tell your family to google us and we'll take the order that way. It is not worth it to us to fill that order after FTD has taken their fees out. AWESOME customer servce Flower Mart. You won't be getting my money again with or without FTD.
My wife and I used the Flower Mart for our wedding. We walked in pretty clueless and Diane sat down with us and helped us figure everything out within the budget we needed. We also had some last minute changes to our order and she was very accommodating. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was delivered right on time, and the flowers and arrangements turned out beautifully. We would definitely use the Flower Mart again!
I would like to amend that the owner called me and offered to make the order right and was going to contact her FTD rep to enquire as to how this error even occured. She was very apologetic and was very willing to assist in any way she could.
Diane and team were amazing helping with flowers for my son's wedding this weekend. They recommended some amazing greenery for the 72' farm table we decorated for the rehearsal dinner. She and her team of one helped me set up the greenery, all my candles and pictures for an amazing result!! Thank you so much!!
