Best customer service experience that I have every received from AT&T. The young lady name was Megan. She knows the meaning of customer service and will go the extra mile to make a person happy with their service.
They don't answer the phone or acknowledge you when you walk in. If they are helping someone else's you are invisible. Need a adult to run it instead of youngins
Every time I come here to make a payment, it takes 30-45 minutes. Today, they didnt even acknowledge that I had walked in. Very rude to not even great someone when they enter, or say something like "I'll be right with you". Very rude & unprofessional! I ended up leaving.
