Emailed Silver Moon Electric, and received a reply within 12 hrs, we talked over the phone first about what I was needing and then Guy stopped by the next day to give me an estimated after visually looking at what I wanted, he made some great suggestions and quoted me a price. Very easy to work with and honest. He Shows up when he supposed too and communication well while working, along with A+ work.
Guy does great work. He was punctual and extremely effective at troubleshooting the problem. He also explained the malfunction to me in terms that I could easily understand. My particular electrical malfunction was so complex that the electric company had to be involved in the repair. I feared that I would be in the dark for quite a while which for me is a problem because if I don't have any electricity, I can’t work. Mr. Guy did NOT let that happen. He coordinated the repair with the electric company seamlessly. Over all, I was extremely impressed and would highly recommend SilverMoon Electric. I know I will call on them again if I ever have any electrical needs or repairs.
I had a partial outage in my home. Guy responded quickly. Showed up when he said he would (imagine that? ;-) Diagnosed the problem & explained it to me in terms I could understand!
